We put all our efforts into creating an enjoyable atmosphere during the conference, avoiding high costs by operating everything with our highly motivated students and due to generous sponsoring by exhibitors and funding organizations. We especially hope to attract students and young scientists and therefore offer very attractive registration fees.

Regular and reduced registration fee include:
  • Attendance at all scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Conference bag, program booklet, USB stick with abstracts

Please register online no later than January 22, 2015.

If fees are paid in advance, but after February 9, 2015, we kindly ask participants to show proof of payment when claiming their tickets and congress papers at the registration desk.
Credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) will be accepted.

Requests for cancellation made prior to January 25, 2015 will be subject to a € 40,- administration fee. After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid.
Requests for refund will not be accepted; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation. In this case please send a note to GDCh, congress team.

If the meeting is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
